This is our fully compliant construction payment solution for professional contractors working within the construction industry who are not subject to the supervision, direction and control of the End Hirer.
The solution features:

• CIS payments made on your behalf.
• Comprehensive insurance cover.
• Assistance with HMRC registrations for Self-Assessment.
• End-of-year tax service.

3% of invoice (minimum charge of £10 per week).

If you are looking for a simpler approach to contracting or freelancing and do not wish to run your own limited company, this is our sole trader solution for freelancers and professional contractors who contract directly with the End Hirer, without a recruitment agency involved in the supply chain.
The solution features: • Services designed specifically for individuals who meet HMRC's definition of a sole trader. • Optional insurance cover. • Assistance with HMRC registrations for Self-Assessment. • End-of-year tax service.

Lesters Umbrella Pro
If you do not want the responsibility of running your own limited company, this is our fully compliant Umbrella solution for professional contractors who are not subject to the supervision, direction and control of the End Hirer.
The solution features:

• Entitlement for statutory pay, holiday pay and the reimbursement of legitimate business expenses.
• Fully inclusive comprehensive insurances, with Professional Indemnity up to £5m and Employers, Products & Public Liability up to £10m.
